Programming for the good cause : Kezber joins HackDon 2018

Last year, over 160 people regrouped in teams of 4 to 6 to participate in the event. These teams include Developers with programming backgrounds and Designers. This time, the objective is quite different from the previous years: the participants will compete to design the best app that would encourage the youth to contribute to non-for-profit organizations that bring a positive impact to the community.
In addition to enjoying a unique experience by supporting a good cause, the participants have a chance to win prizes and potentially more with their respective application designs. Initially launched in 2014, the Hackdon Challenge of Sherbrooke has since grown substantially as proven during its last edition in 2017. The main event promoter SociétéTC predicts that this years Hackdon will be the first provincial “Hackathon” in Quebec.
The Kezber Team is very grateful to be contributing in the success of the event, an event that shares common values with the company’s philosophy, such as innovation, team work and leadership. It represents a good opportunity to support the philanthropy sector alongside other innovative leaders of the region.
