At Kezber, we use videoconferencing to hold meetings between our three offices, which leads to better collaboration on joint projects.

Thanks to Team’s tight integration with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, file collaboration and sharing is child’s play. Your employees can view and edit files, and see the changes made by their colleagues. This allows for better tracking of changes, cuts down on versioning and reduces the risk of errors. Kezber employees who work on the road particularly enjoy the ability to access files in the cloud no matter where they are.

Hold productive and discreet conversations with Instant Messaging

Admit it: holding a discussion by email and seeing your inbox be flooded with responses can be cumbersome and inefficient. Also, discussions between cubicle neighbors may affect the concentration of other employees. Microsoft Teams’ Instant Messaging is the perfect tool to deal with these daily issues in the office. Hold written or video conversations, make quicker decisions between colleagues, share GIFs and stickers, and foster a friendly environment. At Kezber, we don’t even get up to ask questions to our colleagues anymore. We simply use Instant Messaging to quickly get the answers we’re looking for.

With the Shifts feature, you can create public or private work channels for file sharing, project planning and, of course, targeted conversations. Yes, you understood correctly. Microsoft Teams allows you to make amazingly clear and reliable phone calls all over the world. Combine the Phone System feature with Direct Routing and/or Calling Plan services to fully leverage Teams voice calling capabilities. You can replace your entire local phone system and manage everything centrally in the cloud. If you visit Kezber's premises, you will notice that there are no phones on the desks, as we do everything by computer or smartphone!
