Kezber, partner of Pierre Bernier’s January 24, 2017 conference in Sherbrooke
January 6, 2017
Mr. Pierre Bernier holds a bachelor's degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal in administration, marketing and personnel management and has nearly thirty years of experience in management and consulting. He has acquired his practical experience by working as project manager, plant manager and consultant. He is also known for his involvement in the Remarkable Employer certification, a certification that Kezber holds.
Organized by the AGRHE (Association des gestionnaires en ressources humaines de l’Estrie), Mr. Bernier’s conference will address the following question: How the demographic transformation currently underway in the Eastern Townships requires employers to stand out in order to attract, motivate, mobilize and retain quality employees.
For Alexandra Lacroix Bélanger, talent acquisition specialist, it’s important that Kezber supports this event. "The demographic transformation of the Eastern Townships is a phenomenon that no employer in the region can escape, including Kezber. To cope with this, we had many internal strategic discussions on how to keep our team motivated and engaged while working on strategies to attract and retain new talent. The Remarkable Employer certification process in which Mr. Bernier collaborated was one of the things that enabled us to move forward as a company."
