Major customer project goes online: Kezber successfully meets the challenge!

On Thursday, November 2, our team took part in the launch of a major project for an esteemed customer. We deployed a one-of-a-kind platform for several thousand users, requiring coordination and expertise from our teams across Québec.

To ensure maximum cohesion and responsiveness, we used hybrid IT war rooms, combining virtual and face-to-face interaction. This enabled real-time project management and last-minute adjustments that were essential for a project of this scale.

We also presented our team with a t-shirt and a backpack featuring a logo specially developed for this customer project. We wanted to consolidate team spirit and demonstrate our appreciation for employees’ dedication in carrying out this monumental feat.
