Customer service is important for you in your job search? Do you like to offer personalized service and help people in their decisions ? Kezber is currently looking for an account executive! Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for the growth and maintenance of existing customers. He strives to provide Kezber's customers with products and services that enable them to increase the performance of their organization.

Account management

  • You will ensure the first contact of incoming leads, and assign the opportunity to the responsible person;
  • You will need to make regular contact with clients in order to stay abreast of business opportunities and thus create a close connection;
  • You will ensure that customer agreements are renewed in accordance with the standards set by the company;
  • Your role will also be to retain our existing customers in order to increase sales growth through our various products and services;
  • You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with current customers;
  • You will ensure the satisfaction of existing customers;
  • Identify risky client accounts and take the necessary steps to maintain them;
  • You will have to master and keep up to date your technical knowledge as well as the latest news and trends in the industry;
  • On a daily basis, you will need to update sales and prospect records in ConnectWise;
  • You will also have to make sure to respect the Kezber policies in place;

YOUR SKILLS :

  • You have a DEC or a BAC in a relevant field;
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You have experience in computer representation;
  • Knowledge in computer networking is essential!
  • You are bilingual;
  • You are a person with good interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a results-oriented personality;
  • You hold a valid driver's license;
