You are persuasive and the world of sales has always fascinated you? Kezber is looking for a director of business development! Reporting to the Sales director, the Director of Business Development is mandated to see the influence of the company in the territory it serves. He needs to build strong relationships with existing and future customers. He has to develop the market and must ensure customers satisfaction. He coordinates actions with prospects to obtain large contracts.

Market development 

  • You will have to prospect for companies in order to solicit and set up meetings with new clients;
  • You will make sure to fill the funnel of opportunity to qualify, by carrying out several prospecting approaches;
  • You will develop the major accounts;
  • You will focus on targeting and prioritizing opportunities according to the company's strategic plan;
  • You will prepare customer meetings, visual support, product presentation,
  • You will be the person who prepares and ensures the accuracy of the submissions made to the client;
  • You will follow up with the various stakeholders involved in the sales process;
  • You will follow up with the clients you met;
  • You will be sure to process all sales requests from potential and existing customers in the designated territory;
  • Your collaboration with the director of technical and development services in the preparation of bids will be in place! ;
  • You will participate in targeted and relevant events to increase the visibility of the company;
  • On a daily basis, you will need to update sales and prospect records in ConnectWise;
  • You will write the weekly or periodic reports on its own activities, on new market developments;
  • You will also have to make sure to respect the Kezber policies in place;

Account Management

  • You will maintain regular contact with clients in order to stay abreast of business opportunities and create a close link;
  • You will have to ensure that the renewal of customer agreements is done according to the standards set by the company;
  • Your role will also be to retain our existing customers in order to increase sales growth through our various products and services;
  • You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with current customers;
  • Identify risky client accounts and take the necessary steps to maintain them;

** The Director of Business Development will work with the Senior Business Technology Analyst on a complex account.


  • You have a DEC or a BAC in a relevant field;
  • You have 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You have experience in computer representation;
  • Knowledge in computer networking is essential!
  • You are bilingual;
  • You are a person with good interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a results-oriented personality;
  • You hold a valid driver's license;


  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • You have strong organizational, analytical and time management skills;
  • Working independently is not a problem for you!
  • You have the sense of priorities;
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and the ability to adapt in a changing environment;
  • Your leadership, thoroughness and rigor are recognized by you;
