Offering a service of unparalleled quality is quite natural for you? Your position is the leader in a team ? We are actually looking for someone to take the role of sales manager! Reporting to the President, you will ensure the achievement of objectives and ensure the smooth running of operations, while maximizing business productivity and process efficiency. You will act as strategic advisor to the President and you will be the main person responsible for corporate development. You will also need to provide a level of service that meets established standards and take on personnel management activities. Finally, you will be responsible for effectively communicating the vision and values of the company through your daily activities.


  • You will have to make sure that the planning of the sales activities is aligned with the company;
  • You will plan and manage the sales territories;
  • You will accompany your team during client’s meeting (pre-meeting and post-meeting coaching);
  • Your role will be to lead the weekly sales meeting;
  • You will develop and make sure to maintain the performance indicators of the department;
  • You will ensure the achievement of sales objectives by developing strategies;
  • You will evaluate, establish and optimize work processes and methodologies;
  • You will regularly plan the necessary material and human resources;
  • Your role will be to represent the company at business or community events as well as online;
  • You will review customer satisfaction surveys;
  • You will have to intervene with dissatisfied customers when needed;
  • You will be motivated to put in place sales strategies related to the products sold;
  • Your contribution to the alignment of sales with marketing will be appropriate;
  • You will be sure to keep your competitive knowledge up-to-date as well as the latest news and industry trends;

Sales and finance

  • You will maintain a close relationship with the clients;
  • You will execute the distribution of the sales budgets;
  • You will rigorously monitor the sales figures of your team, to provide the results to the finance directors;


  • You will develop strategic planning;
  • You will attend computer training events;
  • Your participation and contribution to the weekly operation meetings will be important;
  • You will have to regularly maintain the sales price structure;
  • You will manage the budget, expenses and overheads of the sales department;


  • You will participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with human resources for the manpower needs of his department;
  • Develop performance evaluation criteria and ensure their relevance over time;
  • At times, you will have to evaluate the employee’s performance
  • You will approve expense allowances, absence sheets and requests for overtime as well as annual vacations;
  • You will participate in the end-of-employment process in collaboration with Human Resources;
  • You will have as main role to assure the adherence of the employees of your department to the vision and the values of the company;
  • You will be involved in setting up the salary structure of the account managers;


  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing a sales team;
  • You have experience in computer representation;
  • It is essential that you have knowledge of computer networking;
  • You have a valid driver's license;
  • Knowledge of the Connectwise platform is an important asset;
  • You have good knowledge of traffic analysis, campaign tracking and retargeting tools such as retargeting pixels, Google Tag Manager, Hootsuite, Crazyegg, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of social networks, best practices, advertising placements and their analysis;
  • You have knowledge of web marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Lead Pages, ConnectWise or other tools;
  • You master the Microsoft Office suite;
  • If you have a certain ease with Photoshop and Illustrator, it's an asset!
