• You will be the first point of contact for our clients
• You will open tickets following communication with a client
• You will monitor the ticket backlog and ensure that tickets are assigned and resolved in as short a timeline as possible
• You will document the actions taken and the progress of open tickets
• You must ensure that tickets are assigned to the relevant stakeholder
• You will effectively collaborate with various team members to ensure clients receive first-class service
• You will provide clear and concise information to the technician assigned to the ticket
• You will plan any required travel by technicians to client locations
• You will ensure an equal distribution of tasks among members of the available technical support team
• You will coordinate maintenance requests and inspections

• You have customer service experience

• You have an overall knowledge of Microsoft products
• You are interested in IT
• You are bilingual
