The Customer Experience Agent is often the first point of contact between Kezber and its customers and partners. A true Kezber ambassador, the Customer Experience Agent makes the company, its expertise, and the talents of the team members shine.

Are you dynamic, sociable, curious, and excited by the world of IT? If yes, then this job, at the heart of the action, is an incredible opportunity. You will pivot between customer requests and the Kezber teams, working closely with the sales team, application developers, IT support technicians, business analysts, the administrative team, as well as members of management.

A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE

The role of Customer Experience Agent is divided into two main responsibilities: namely, customer satisfaction and the distribution of IT support requests. Now imagine what your daily life might look like if you held this key role.

The customer service aspect:

When customers, partners, collaborators, visitors, and suppliers call or visit the offices you are the very first contact they have with the company. You must welcome them and offer them the best experience by promoting Kezber values. During these privileged contacts, you will be required to use your keen sense of listening and deduction to fully understand the needs and expectations of current and potential customers in order to redirect them to the appropriate experts. You are, therefore, a very important link in the team; several projects will arise from your discussions with visitors to the company.

The coordination aspect:

Once the customer's needs have been clearly identified, it is up to you to connect them with the appropriate internal team. If a customer needs technical support, you are responsible for drafting, documenting, and assigning tickets to your expert colleagues. Obviously, your customer experience mission remains a priority, and so, you will follow up on these tickets to guarantee the best support. You will ensure work deadlines are met and delivered.

  • You are bilingual (spoken and written French and English).

  • You have strong management, organization, and planning skills while being able to prioritize.
  • You pay a great attention to detail and are rigorous in the execution of various tasks while demonstrating an ability to manage several projects under pressure.
  • You are agile and can seize opportunities.
  • You are comfortable and confident in your oral and written communications.
  • An interest in IT.
  • A general knowledge of Microsoft products would be a great asset.
