Reporting to the Director of Development, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of application development projects. In addition, by means of leadership and strong communication, you will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Kezber team. Finally, through your role and your actions, you will promote the vision and values of the company.

• You will be responsible for managing projects of varying size.

• From the SOW (specifications), you will carry out detailed work plans that identify and sequence the activities as well as the resources necessary to carry out your projects.
• For each project, you will manage the scope, budget, schedule, and quality of expected deliverables.
• With the support of team leads and management, you will coordinate the assignments and contributions to the projects of various stakeholders (business analysts, BI analysts, architects, developers, technicians, customers, and other various stakeholders).
• Applying your excellent sense of organization, you will coordinate any and all necessary meetings, allowing you to monitor and control the execution of your projects (on occasion, travel is to be expected).
• You will keep all stakeholders, of each of your projects, informed. You will carry out daily follow-ups of the various tasks attributed to projects to ensure they are being executed on time and conforming with the CDAE and SR&ED program requirements.
• You will participate in and play a key role in managing the project constraints, issues and risks, deliveries, and project progress communications.
• To ensure the success of your projects, you will establish a relationship of trust with your teams (including internal stakeholders, customers, and other various stakeholders).
• You will contribute to the development of the organization’s project management processes and tools.

• You hold a DEC, a BAC, or other relevant certifications in the following fields: Administration, computer engineering, or software.

• You hold one or various certifications in Agile, Scrum Master, CAPM, or PMP (a particular asset).
• You have at least five years of experience in managing large projects (worth one million or more).
• You are bilingual (spoken and written French and English).
• You are experienced in agile, iterative, and waterfall project management.
• Knowledge of VSTS/DevOps or tools from the Atlassian suit is an asset.

• You are comfortable with computer tools and project management methodologies.
