I’m a passionate ambassador of employee happiness, constantly looking for new ways to elevate office culture. Grateful to Kezber for the advancement of my own career, I work hard every day to return the favour by contributing to the development of others. To do so, I establish career plans, manage a recognition program, and assist with continuing education. Kezber gives everyone the opportunity to grow as both professionals and people; it’s something I’m immensely proud to be a part of.

Eric has 12 years of application development experience, an academic background in engineering, and has completed three MIT training courses related to AI business strategies, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. Eric's passion for innovation is a contributing factor to the success of both Kezber and its clients.

Martin Lalancette

Martin Lalancette

IT Director

Martin has 20 years of IT experience. He began as a computer technician before founding and running a successful computer services company for nearly a decade. His natural leadership, professional ethics, technical skills, and thirst for knowledge make him the ideal IT Director for Kezber. Recently, he completed a Certificate in Business Relationship Management—a pursuit that equipped him with even more tools for identifying IT, security, and technical-support opportunities.

JF Circle

Jean-Francois Vanasse

Director of Application Development

With a background in managing large IT projects, JF’s diligence and rigour mesh perfectly with the Dev Director role. A father and family man, JF also understands the importance of balancing home and work life, making him a strong and compassionate leader to his ever-growing team. His background includes a Certification in Project Management from HEC Montreal, Public Administration from UQAM, and a General Law Degree from University de Montreal.

Joel Seguin

Joël Séguin

Sales Director

Joël has long been passionate about IT and business optimization. Upon completing his studies, he propelled to the position of IT Director, largely thanks to his leadership and communication prowess. Here, he oversaw a multidisciplinary team and important commercial accounts. Having garnered amazing experience in the role, Joël eventually decided to entertain his entrepreneurial and artistic spirits and launch a commercial photography studio.

The adventure allowed him to engage with technology from new perspectives. Doing so rekindled his love affair with IT, eventually prompting Joël to pursue the discipline through more university studies and Microsoft certifications.
