This year, Kezber won the Conciliation Work-Family Award from the Young Chamber of Commerce of Quebec (2018). Employees not only have the latitude to juggle their different responsibilities, but their families are also included in the corporate life! Activities, events, gifts ... everyone benefits!
Holidays in abundance
Career and work is good. But at Kezber, we understand that employees also need time for them. That's why everyone is entitled to 5 weeks of vacation, in addition to 4 floating days and a long vacation during the holidays. Hard to beat!
Recognition of skills
The company has created a chart where employees are invited to write their related skills. In addition, they can be recognized for contributing outside of their regular duties through the "Wall of Good Actions". A good way to promote mutual help!
In the premises of Kezber, everything has been built and laid out in order to focus on well-being. For example, Magog's offices are fully glazed and offer impressive views of Lake Memphremagog. In addition, all employees have comfortable and customizable workstations!
