The 2018 Work-Life Balance Recognition Award has three categories based on the size of organizations. Kezber won in the 50+ employees company due to flexible hours, five weeks of vacation right from the start and four floating days.
This recognition is intended to highlight the best initiatives of Quebec companies working hard to improve the quality of their employees and their families.
