According to Mr. Kezber, “We are enjoying a phenomenal boom these days, in large part thanks to the excellent work of our sales department.” To keep up this momentum while continuing to offer quality service, the company has been planning a sales department revamp. “Our priority is to preserve our positive relationships with long-standing clients while also canvassing new markets. To accomplish this goal and stay true to the corporate values on which we have built our reputation over the past 20 years, we clearly needed to grow our team. My key focus is to put the right people in the right positions, according to their skills,” Mr. Kezber said.
Consistent with this focus, Éric Monange, Director of Sales for almost 2 years, has been promoted Vice-President of Business Development. His 25 years of business development experience make Mr. Monange an expert in scoping out opportunities. As Mr. Kezber remarks, “Given his manufacturing as well as financial knowledge and expertise, I have complete confidence that Éric Monange will expand the company into new industries.”
Taking over Monange’s post at the helm of the sales department will be none other than Annie Auger, a perfect fit for the job. Ms. Auger has proven herself time and time again, meeting and exceeding sales targets as account manager. Her qualifications include extensive IT experience ranging from sales to training, in addition to the technical expertise and attentive year required to thoroughly understand client needs. “I am so delighted that Annie is our new Director of Sales—her tremendous potential is sure to drive and support the team,”said Mr. Kezber.
The revamp will also entail hiring new account managers, as well as inside sales representatives for the Brossard and Magog offices. Kevin Proulx, a 5-year employee of Kezber, stood out as the ideal candidate for the Inside Sales Representative position in Magog. To quote Mr. Kezber, “Kevin has distinguished himself so many times for his dedication and conscientiousness. His prompt, courteous service exemplifies our values. I’m very excited to see him grow into this new role, of which he is more than deserving.” Just as Kevin quickly became an indispensable sales coordinator, he is sure to swiftly become a top asset for inside sales. “I’m extremely proud to have Kevin on my team,” said Ms. Auger. “I know he will be a pillar for new members and will go beyond company expectations, just as he always has in the past.”
