We are delighted to announce that we are now part of the Mouvement québécois de la qualité (MQQ)!
What is the MQQ?
The MQQ is a network of companies and resources dedicated to increasing the competitiveness and productivity of Québec organizations. Organizational performance depends on the adoption of best management practices—and the MQQ's mission is to make them accessible. A total of 720 organizations have chosen to adopt high-quality standards by obtaining MQQ certification.
Why did Kezber want to be certified?
There are several reasons why we decided to obtain this certification. Mainly, it's because being MQQ-certified means that the best management practices available on the market, whether in terms of sustainable development, leadership, professionalism or excellence, have been implemented within our company. We also wanted to offer a guarantee of high standards to our customers.
What steps did you take?
A sample of 12 of our customers were consulted about the services they had received. They were asked about our technical capabilities and the impact of the IT solution implemented in their companies. They were also asked about their overall satisfaction with their completed projects. All of this attests to the quality of our services. Following this analysis, the MQQ awarded us its certification.
We're proud to have achieved this certification, as it demonstrates our commitment to customers in offering them a consistently high level of service that meets both their expectations and needs.
