PILLAR ONE | MIND AND MACHINE

Business intelligence

This first pillar addresses artificial intelligence, business intelligence, automation, and coordination. We explore how these tools leverage data with greater accuracy, optimizing decision-making at all levels. We contrast these new approaches with the old models that required costly oversight.

Topics include:

  • Looking inward to make tough decisions
  • Machines that think like we do
  • Saying hello to robots
  • How technologies and industries benefit from a human touch

PILLAR TWO | PRODUCTS AND PLATFORMS

Today's platforms are fully realized digital infrastructures that optimize every aspect of your operations. In our digital age, it's not so much about the individual tools we use but rather the platforms that tie everything together. Discover the best products and services available for customers, users, and partners.

Topics include:

  • The true cost of a new machine
  • Paid add-ons and other smart strategies
  • Why platforms succeed
  • Do products have minds of their own?

PILLAR THREE | INFLUENCE FROM THE MASSES

The public, with its preferences and resources, manages to shape the market more than any institution ever could. This section highlights how external data and feedback from the masses can be instrumental in making informed decisions.

Topics include:

  • That escalated quickly: the crowd-pleaser effect
  • Why "the expert you know" is not always "the expert you need"
  • The dream of decentralizing everything

PILLAR FOUR | XAAS (EVERYTHING AS A SERVICE)

This section explores how to create an agile, secure, and resilient infrastructure that lets you focus on establishing new optimization tools.

Topics include:

  • IaaS, PaaS, SaaS… XaaS!
  • Being "always on" while keeping data secure
  • Collaboration and productivity in the new age of IT

Who?

This workshop is designed for your business's main decision-makers. Namely, owners/shareholders, executives, and directors, as well as IT and sales personnel. It's conducted by Eric Landry, a veteran technology analyst. With more than 25 years of IT experience, Eric loves delving deep into new solutions and cutting-edge technologies.

What?

The ability to quickly code and update systems has proven to be a real game-changer. Once upon a time, crucial apps would have to be taken offline once or twice a year to accommodate upgrades performed by a small circle of experts. Today, these costly processes have been replaced by more flexible and affordable systems that adapt to new operations with ease. Modern IT and cloud services facilitate rapid and efficient deployment while reducing costs related to infrastructure management.

When and Why?

When companies take too long to transform their cloud and digital infrastructure, they're leaving the field open for big competitors. The key is to establish an action plan as quickly as possible—one that prioritizes projects with the greatest ROI potential.
