WHAT DRIVES YOU

Is customer service an important aspect for you in your job search? Do you like helping people achieve their goals? Kezber is currently looking for an account manager! Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your mandate will be to deepen the relationship with existing customers. You will ensure that you offer Kezber customers products and services allowing them to increase the performance of their organization. In addition, you will receive new opportunities to develop in order to grow your client portfolio.

Account management

  • You will have to make regular contact with customers in order to stay on the lookout for business opportunities and thus create a close bond (business review, visits, cadence calls)
  • Your role will also be to retain our existing customers with the aim of increasing sales growth through our various products and services.
  • You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with current customers
  • You will ensure that the renewal of customer agreements is carried out in accordance with the standards established by the company
  • You will ensure the satisfaction of existing customers
  • You will receive new qualified opportunities from our internal sales department and marketing department.
  • You will identify customer accounts at risk and take the necessary measures to retain them
  • You will need to master and keep your technical knowledge up to date as well as the latest industry news and trends;
  • On a daily basis, you will have to update sales and prospecting files in ConnectWise;
  • You must also ensure that you respect the Kezber policies in place.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • You have a DEC or a BAC in a relevant field
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • You have experience in representation in the IT field (IT and application development)
  • You know the long sales cycles for custom application development or short cycles in the Power Platform and IT.
  • You know the Power BI and Power Automate sales cycles
  • Knowledge of computer networking is essential!
  • You are bilingual
  • You are a person who has good interpersonal skills, a good listener and a results-oriented go-getter personality.
  • You hold a valid driving license
